By now, 2nd year High School student (going 3rd year in June) Matthew has already seen SM Xiamen. Good for him. Hehe... He's in China with his classmates from the Jesuit school for immersion. Hmmm... whatever their trip is called, all I know is it must be FUN! I'm counting the days now. 45 days is a pretty long time to be away from home especially for my son who's travelling alone for the first time. Thinking about it makes me anxious a bit. *Sigh*
He doesn't seem to mind though. :)

wow china. ang layo! i can't get over how far the kids go for immersions and field trips these days. dati fort santiago lang at planetarium ang nararating namin, hehe.

a friend once told me that there really is an SM in Xiamen but I don't even know where Xiamen is.

Yes, he was immunized... no he's under instruction not to call but he has texted us several times already about his whereabouts... :) Nothing to worry about for his uncle Junnie.
