Seafood Buffet

Do you know of a place where you could have your seafood buffet lunch for P199 ($4) or dinner for P299 ($6) (inclusive of halo-halo bar)? When I say seafood, this is not just fish or squid or small shellfish but includes oysters, mussels, shrimps, crabs as well.

And don't be misled with the term "seafood buffet", this resto also offers meat and vegetable recipes alongside the seafoods.

In Cebu, you could have that at Port Restaurant at Waterfront Hotel, Lahug.

Ang mura no? That's an ongoing promo which I hope stays forever! :D

Inside Port Restaurant. You have to be there by 1130 am or the place will be packed in a few minutes.

Mango Pandan (Port)
In my excitement to have my mango-pandan dessert, natapon! And yes, those native "kakanin" are mine too!

Seafood buffet lunch at Port
Diana, Mafe, Jevica, moi and Rox. Judging from the looks on our faces, we obviously enjoyed the food. Burp! :P

  2. wow! that is cheap!

I hope the promo will still be there by August. I 'might' go to Cebu to visit my grandma and relatives.

  3. Stayed at the Waterfront Hotel during my trip to Cebu last August but I don't remember seeing that restaurant. Where exactly is it located? Gosh, for a seafood buffet at P199, barato ra na kaayo. Grand Majestic buffet costs P375. The only problem going to buffet places is I tend to eat more than I should.

  6. HI RUTH!
Namamahalan pa kami nyan hehehe compared to regular (non-buffet) lunch for wage-earning employees. But when we feel like eating out, ay grabe, that's sulit! :D

Teka, biko yung dark brown, yung 3 round thingies parang malagkit na may balot na crunchy stuff na manamis-namis, yung yellow parang palitaw (?) or pichi-pichi (?). Hahaha! Halatang I don't know my food. Marunong lang ako kumain.

    HI JO!
I hope meron pa until after August. I think this is one promo that people really flock to. When it's payday, it's really full!

    HI BEBOT!
Port is located right next to the hotel just before your car drives up the ramp/driveway. It's on the right. There's a parking lot in front of it too.

Buffet places are not for dieters. I must admit, like you, I do eat more than I should. :)

    HI MEEYAGIRL!
Hahaha! Sa sobrang mura, delikado talaga ang figures (bulsa and weight) kung mapapadalas. :)

    HI SHERY!
Oh sayang...you've never tried seafood... I presume it's due to allergies? Yung iba naman sa chicken allergic. Hehehe....

  13. That place helps one decide to either do one or both: Go to the Port Resto for yummy foods at very reasonable prices or proceed to the 2nd floor Casino to lose your hard earned pesos in a 'lucky-9', big or small or the so-called 'one arm bandit', among others.

    Take your pick! :-(

  14. HI JOJO!
    Yup masarap sya. :)

Btw, I fished your comment from my spam. After de-spamming it, I hope Akismet "learns" na. ;)

    HI SHERY!
Ayun naman pala. Without any allergy (God forbid), at least you could eat seafood anytime to crave for it. :D

    HI PINAYHEKMI!
That image of me in your head, that's probably how I actually looked. Hehehe...Medyo klutz! Kasi I get more excited with dessert than with the main course. Basta lang :)

    HI ANALYSE!
Sayang, wala eh. And I don't think there's a place in Manila that could match the promo price of 199/299 for buffet. I think... :) Presyong Jollibee pa lang yan siguro. Hehehe.

    HI NOSTALGIA MANILA!
Free TV with full length DVD-quality videos??? You had me at "free"! Hahaha... I will go check that out.

    HI DENDEN!
Masarap din ang mango pandan but I find buko pandan better :). Pero anything dessert is good enough for me. Bahala na ang calories... :P

    HI PAPARAZZI!
Di ba you chose to do both last December? Buffet lunch then one-arm bandit while those who didn't stay, drove to the Mountain View and got stalled when one of our car hoses burst. Hehehe....
