Without the Boys

Jake: "What's this?" (touching the black hose I was wearing)
Kyle: "Where are you going?"
Matt: "How come you're dressed weird?"

All these questioning right before Jerry and I headed out the door last night (Saturday) for a few drinks at Z, the Tinder Box and at Formo...

... without them! Yessss!

  3. you two are soooooo sweet! Yeah, that's nice that you and Jerry make the time to do things (go out on dates and all) without the kids. Very important! My husband and I did it often when our son was growing up and more so now that we are officially empty nesters.

  4. HI BEBOT!
The date was really one of those rare moments. Hehehe. Due to our busy schedules we tend to take the whole family on outings every little chance we get. I think we just need to find the time to go out every so often, without the kids.

  7. HI JUNNIE!
Same shade of blue pero striped yung kay Jerry. :D It was a quiet evening and it felt good to be able to do that again.

    HI JO!
I know what you mean. It's quite a challenge going out on a date without anybody you could trust to leave your kids with. Soon they will be grown enough to be by themselves while you're out. ;)

  13. HI MEEYA!
I tend to agree that the boys are not used to seeing me without my jeans and shirt. :D...

    HI MIMI!
Di ko pa rin ma-feel na payat, cuz. And the scale tells me I still am kilos away from my desired weight. Hehehe...

    HI TIN!
Hahaha.... Amelie might want to tag along and dress up like mom too. :)

    HI NOTSQUARE!
Ay natuwa naman ako... Thanks for the compliment... Papapayat pa ako. :D

  15. Uy, terno sila. Did you choose Jerry's outfit too? Or nagkataon lang?

  16. HI EM DY!
Parang kakanta no? I do choose most of the clothes that Jerry would buy. As to what he should wear, it's mostly up to him... Nagkataon lang that night. :)

  17. kami rin we make it a point to go out and spend quality time with each other. kahit maghati lang ng starbucks coffee, pwede na. but, we haven't had any fine-dining-kind-of-date. masaya na ako, mailayo ko lang si rommel sa tv, psp, at computer. :) wala kasi si zia dito e kaya iba ang kalaban ko.

    HI MAY!
Iba pala kalaban mo? Hehehe.... Once in a while, it's good to just spend time together. It doesn't have to be in a fancy place. You're right...
