  1. Hi Linnor. Is it easy to use for the not-so computer savvy? A friend is planning to buy a laptop. I recommended this, having read good reviews from bloggers. But I'm kinda concerned it might be too sophisticated for her. She only knows Windows.

  2. HI EM DY!
Surprisingly, this little gadget is easy to use. Applications (like Skype, spreadsheet, doc, etc.) are already pre-installed. Applications are grouped in tabs, very similar to a Palm Pilot. It has a webcam too. The only thing lacking is a large storage drive. However, this could be addressed by purchasing an SD card or MMC as external storage because the Eee is also a card reader. :)

With the price of a regular cellphone, your friend cannot go wrong with this baby.

  4. HI MEEYA!
You know what my tactic is? Even if it's for Jake or any of the elder brothers, I just say "it's mine but you could borrow it". It works for both parties.... Hehehe... Yes they're oh so tech savvy these days...
