Highlights of the Past Week

Flying to Manila
1. Cebu team flying all together to Manila for a 2-day workshop. Jerry and I were more like surrogate parents than anything to 2 of our new employees. For these young men, it was a first time to see Manila, and a first time to fly in an airplane. :D

All Ears
2. Enriching workshop at the Astoria plaza, great learnings, impressive participation by everyone. Jerry was the first of the speakers, and discussed about Level 5 Leadership. All eyes and ears were on him for at least 20 minutes.

Edsa Shangrila
3. Glasses of red wine, Cosmopolitan and bottles of beer at the Edsa Shangrila lobby. After the 1st day of the workshop, the CEO treated some executives and employees to a few rounds of drinks.

20 counts
4. 20 counts for the Corporate Treasurer for being late (set-up by the CEO). After the workshop, everyone naturally applied most of the things that were discussed. Somehow, the idea of coming in on time was focused on. This officer was the 2nd to be penalized after the HRD Manager who came in late as well, obliged with a song. Hahah!

10 counts
5. 10 counts for the President for being late (another set-up by the CEO). After staying up with the CEO, the Treasurer, and VP for Marketing the night before, the President thought the meeting was going to be moved 30 minutes later. Apparently, he thought wrong and got penalized for coming in last. :P

Marketing Plans
6. Productive Mancomm meeting at the Discovery Suites. Jerry discussed about his team's marketing plans for the year, the short-term and long-term brand building initiatives.

Discovery Buffet
7. Yummy buffet lunch. We're a bunch of young cool technogeeks, I'd like to believe. Hehehe...

Surprise!
8. Surprise advance birthday dinner party for the CEO at the Phi, Metrowalk

PEZA
9. PEZA ceremonial signing. Among other benefits, our company gets 4 years income tax holiday. Yey!

Sentro 1771
10. Lunch with Paparazzi, Mamarazzi, May, Rommel and Zia at the Sentro 1771 to celebrate new opportunities and blessings.

FUZION
11. Dessert and coffee at Fuzion, the only place where you could kick back and sip coffee or share a dessert. Yummm...

  6. I took about 20 good shots of the PEZA signing. Where are the rest of the photos?

Congratulations to Jerry for having gotten that high position of Vice President for Marketing & Sales.

For a former SGV man like Jerry, he more than merits and deserves that position at E*i*t.

  7. HI AnP!
Hope you had a good one too! ;)

    HI PAPARAZZI!
The rest of the shots are in my computer. Some will wind up in the papers for press release.

Jerry is working hard to contribute his time and talent to E*i*t. We both are, actually. Now that we're together in the same company, parang deja vu of our SGV days. Only this time, we are not as underpaid. Hahaha! :P

  11. HI CHRISTINE!
Gathering everybody from our Ortigas and Cebu offices for a 2-day workshop and corporate planning was actually a first for the company. I hope this is just the first of many many more in the future. It's good for everyone. ;)
